A heavy duty, high solids, Modified Alkyd Primer designed specifically to protect rusted metal surface against further rust and corrosion as well as providing a tightly adhered surface for top coating. It may also be used on rust-free metal surfaces to help prevent corrosion. May be top-coated with oil-based or acrylic coatings.
